Founder and Lead Negotiator
Dariusz Nowak
Why do I deal with offices in Krakow?
I started in 2015 when the real estate market in our city looked completely different. Today I lead Mondiairelay-suivi and ensure that my clients do not pay for empty meters they do not need. We count every meter because every square centimeter is a cost that must have business justification. Over the last 9 years, I have conducted 148 successful negotiations for Krakow companies.
We'll give it to you straight: not every modern glass office is worth its price. It often turns out that a renovated townhouse on Długa Street offers better working conditions than a skyscraper by the roundabout. Last year I helped 43 companies find a new place. My job is to catch the catch in the contract before you sign a document for 5 years.
My rules at work
- The office must earn its keep — location is a tool, not just a prestigious address on a business card.
- Old walls, new rules — in Krakow townhouses, I know almost every problem with electrical and ventilation installations.
- Hard data — instead of promises, I provide operating cost calculations in 24 hours.
I usually respond to inquiries in 3-4 hours on business days. I am not the cheapest advisor in the city, but my fee usually pays for itself in the first 4 months of the lease. Example? For a small design office in Podgórze, I negotiated a 14.3% reduction in fees, which gave them 3,740 PLN in monthly savings. That's a concrete result seen in the spreadsheets.
Sometimes I honestly advise against entering into a lease, even if the offer looks attractive at first glance. If I see hidden common costs or transport problems, you will be the first to know. I respect your time and my name, which is why at Mondiairelay-suivi we don't play at fluff. I reserve time for meetings from Monday to Thursday, leaving Fridays for closing papers and on-site inspections.
